Join us for CrossFit training with a biblical twist! Each week we'll focus on how we as followers of Christ can better honor God with our bodies by improving our health with exercise and more nutritious diets.

 Strength & Power – Deuteronomy 34:7, Joshua 14:10-12; Acts 1:8
